Shelia was incredible to work with and made the entire process of apartment hunting in a new city quick, efficient, informative, and painless! She assisted me with a search in Brickell and she knew all the ins and outs of each apartment building and condo association, and was able to provide me the insight necessary to help me make a decision on which place would be best based on my needs and what I was looking for. Sheila was incredibly easy to work with and liaised with several realtors to setup an efficient day of condo tours for condos within me and my roommates specifications. She also recommended best practices on working with different realtors knowing me and my roommate were new to the area and first time condo renters. We strongly recommend Shelia. We live overseas and Shelia's support was fundamental in coordinating the whole process for us. When we decided to look for a condo in Miami, she listened to what we were looking for and prepared as many visits as possible in a weekend plus reorganized the second day at very short notice based on our initial feedback. She assisted us throughout the whole buying process, including providing all the relevant data so we could make an informed decision, arranging for inspections and other buyer obligations, and working with the banks to keep them on track of escrow timelines. After closing, she remind us of every little detail to make sure we are protecting our investment and we still keep in touch. Shelia is very professional, patient and knowledgeable of the Miami real estate market and is a great choice for anyone thinking in buying or selling in the area

Shelia helped me finding an apartment for rent. I told her the areas I was interested in and my budget. She picked me up in two different occasions and took me to a few different places she had on her list for me. It was not a job that would land her a great commission, but she handled it like any big deal, being always patient, helpful and very nice!<br/><br/>She found an apartment near the Brickell area which is great for me. I could tell she had a great relationship with the owner, who showed us the apartment and we closed the deal in no time. I've been living in the same place since November 2008, so over 4 years now and I'm very happy. If one day I have to move again, I'll for sure ask for her help.
